Our Skill Development and Livelihood Program is designed to do more than just provide training
We empower women to achieve self-sufficiency through a combination of classroom instruction, practical skills training, mentorship, and resources, we equip women in various fields including beauty, banking, embroidery, e-rickshaw operations, food cart management, and agarbatti making—to become entrepreneurs.

Neo Vending Cart Initiative
To address the challenges faced by women vendors, our program has partnered with leading design and engineering colleges and universities to create a gender-responsive vending cart, promoting equality and economic growth.
